Due to their size, weight, and/or fragile nature, some of our orders will ship on a pallet/skid via Day and Ross Freight. Some examples of items shipped via this method include bathtubs, toilets, large sinks, etc. When the order is delivered, you are asked to please carefully inspect the contents before signing for the shipment. The delivery driver will offer to either leave the pallet/skid on (or near) your front doorstep, on your driveway, or in your garage/carport. The driver will not bring the shipment inside your house or condo/apartment building. You are responsible for disposing of the pallet/skid from the shipment.

In some circumstances, shipping companies may charge an additional fee for changes.

We understand sometimes you might change your mind after ordering a product. If you change your mind and your item is unused and still in its original packaging, Splashes will happily accept the return within 30 days of you receiving your order.

To return an item, you have two choices: a) return it in person to one of our Splashes showrooms; or b) ship it back to us.

If you choose to return your item in person to one of our Splashes showrooms, we will process your refund once the item is returned to us, and you will then receive your refund within 3-4 business days.

If you choose to ship your item back to us, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective. We will deduct these costs from your refund once the item is returned to us, and you will then receive your refund within 3-4 business days.

In addition, if a product was purchased with PayPal and returned within our 30-day return window, you may incur a 2.5% return fee charged directly by PayPal. If you return a special order item there will be a re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund, no exceptions.
